The reality TV series, Big Brother is the Americanized adaptation of a Dutch TV show of the same name, which was made up by John de Mol in the year 1997. The basic concept of the show
revolves around a bunch of unfamiliar people, known as HouseGuests, who have to reside with each other, for around three months, in a secluded house, which is called the Big Brother House. The HouseGuests undergo a round the clock, very close camera scrutiny, guaranteeing zero privacy. The contestants are completely unaware of sense of time and all that is happening around the world, as no outside contact is allowed during the show. The House Guests compete for the prize money, which is a whooping $500,000. For winning the same, they have to protect themselves from evictions being held every week and remain in the house up till the end.

Actor Stephen Baldwin has been booted off British reality TV show “Celebrity Big Brother“. The “Usual Suspects” star lost a public vote after lining up against Donald Trump’s ex-wife Ivana Trump and rapper Sisqo on Friday night, January 22. Sisqo was evicted shortly after.

Speaking after leaving the house, born-again Christian Baldwin said, “I learned a lot about myself, I learned a lot about my faith through interacting with these people.” Stars still on the show include Trump, actor Vinnie Jones and actress Stephanie Beacham.
His elimination aside, Stephen Baldwin began his career as an opera singer when he was just attending high school. His first big screen project is 1989 movie “The Young Riders”. He went to appear in several films such as “Fred Claus“, “Silent Warnings” and “Lost Treasure”.

‘Big Brother 9‘ winner Adam Jasinski is begging to be released from jail. He’s even ready to move back in with his parents under house arrest.
The season 9 winner, who was arrested last
month for using his $500,000 prize to sell prescription drugs, has filed court papers in Massachusetts trying all possible angles for a deal.
Jasinski, who is still awaiting trial, is so desperate to get out of the slammer that he’s willing to live with his parents, wear an electronic monitoring bracelet, regularly check in with an officer, submit to drug tests, hand over his passport and even undergo mental health and substance abuse counseling.
The documents also attempt to use Jasinski’s minor celebrity status as a defense and state the government’s claim that he flew to Massachusetts specifically to sell drugs is “illogical given Jasinski’s high public profile.”
The 31-year-old was arrested after he attempted to sell the drugs to a undercover Drug Enforcement Administration witness. He is being held without bail after a judge determined he posed a flight risk.
Even ‘Big Brother’ contestant Allison Nichols doesn’t have any sympathy for her former housemate: “I hope Adam gets the maximum time he deserves because this is terrible.”
He has been charged with possession of oxycodone with intent to distribute and could face a maximum of 20 years in jail and a $1 million fine.

Okay, so
Big Brother 11 had its run and this is most probably the last article we’ll be writing about it. There are still some unsettled things regarding the season, which is why Ross Matthews of Inside Dish invaded the set of the reality series for the after party.
The HGs revealed their thoughts on this crazy summer we’ve experienced with them, from all the strategic bullying Russell did to the bedroom moments between Lydia and Jessie.
“It was one of the best summers I’ve ever had,” the Shotgun declared. He probably couldn’t say the same for Chima, but she wasn’t there to defend herself anyway.
Another highlight of the interview was Casey promoting his banana goods. Um, that really didn’t sound right. Julie already mentioned it in one of the competitions, but let’s plug the merchandise anyway. You can visit Maninabananasuit.com for all your Big Brother banana needs.
As usual (though you might not want to hear about it), Natalie starts defending the lie she made about her age. “Saying that I was 18 maybe hurt me in the end, but I wouldn’t have got to the end if I didn’t say I was 18,” she said. “The plan for me saying I was 18 was I wanted people to think ‘Well, she’s young, so since she’s young, she’s naïve, she’s gullible.’” We can leave her to stereotype the youth with her words, but at least she’s happy for Jordan.
Jordan also has the respect of Jeff, who admits how proud he is of the Big Brother
11 winner. “The moment for me was the last key drawn was mine, so that was nice,” Jeff exclaimed.
Meanwhile, there’s been talk of the Jessie-Lydia showmance being just more than that. Since she didn’t want to divulge the details, Lydia just drew a picture of their relationship for Ross Matthews. Sadly, there were no unicorns. Or maybe that’s a good thing.

Afterwards, Jessie got the pen and drew his interpretation of how he feels for Lydia. When asked if he scribbled a heart, he said he came up with an apple. “Healthy living!” he explained. Major cop-out.
In the end, there’s this statement from Allison Grodner who also has a cop-out of her own. Asked about rooting for a certain houseguests, she said she was rooting for great stories instead. Makes one wonder what really happened with
Big Brother 11.

One of the more surprising jury votes this season was Jessie’s, who we were sure would vote for Natalie because of his personal relationship with her in the house. However, the Hulk has made it clear that he has more respect for those who fight their own battles. As we know, that wasn’t the strategy of the Big Brother
runner-up (wow, I couldn’t even bring myself to call her that).
CBS caught up with Jessie Godderz during the series after party and had him explain why exactly he voted for Jordan to win this season. The two never really liked each other, which is why we were shocked by his decision.
“I’m happy Jordan won,” Jessie began the interview. “Congratulations to Jordan!” He even said he finally agreed with America on something at last.
Explaining why he didn’t vote for Natalie in the end, Jessie announced: “I went in the house respecting people that were gonna win. I wanted to surround myself with people that were planning on winning because if not, when push came to shove, if you don’t plan on wnning the week that I just won when I won HoH, you have no relevance to me whatsoever.”
He then went on to tell us that he soon got sick of Natalie telling him that she planned on winning over and over, but didn’t follow through. “She dug her own grave, dug her own hole and jumped in it,” Jessie said. “She wanted to piggyback off everybody else to success and then win afterwards.”
It was simply her strategy that Jessie couldn’t accept, which is why his respect stays with Jordan. “To me I can respect a winner – Jordan won twice,” he explained. “That’s pretty much why I voted for Jordan.”
Well, I suppose we can’t really needle him about being jealous of Natalie’s engagement, and he probably isn’t that devastated too. Jessie’s lost most of his respect for the girl because of what she did in the game, which is why he might just stick to Lydia after all this.

Though we never really liked Chima in the Big Brother house, her strong personality was missed when things started to get boring. I admit I was disappointed at her absence during the season finale despite my initial aversion towards her. Still, she obviously made a mark with her diva persona. Who can forget watching her fling that $4000 mic?
I can’t say I totally admire her for acting out, but she eventually got what she wanted. She was scorned by the Coup D’etat twist and by Russell, so it’s only natural she respond to them. She had her reasons, even maintaining that she quit the game and was not evicted, which is what CBS wants us all to think.
We never got a chance to catch up with Chima after her “eviction,” but I scoured the Internet for some news about her. She apparently released a statement regarding her behavior in the house, from her mic-throwing drama to her insults towards housemate Russell. If we recall, she was notorious for calling him a “terrorist,” causing her to be accused of being a racist.
She spoke to Hollyscoop about these incidents, and her words here are only too similar to that memorable on-the-block speech she made back in the first weeks of the game. Chima defended herself as a woman who has experienced discrimination herself. She then went on to say that race isn’t the matter here, but being abused and bullied by Russell.
“Many of you perceive my resolute candor objectionable, but I have always been outspoken and will remain so,” she wrote. “I will never apologize for my looks, personality, or straightforwardness.”
Despite that, she asks for forgiveness for what happened. “Nonetheless, I am particularly sorry that my words disparaged the regard and respect that should be shown to all cultures, especially the Middle Eastern community in this time of great turmoil within our nations [...] I used a phrase that was insensitive given his Middle Eastern descent and I apologize to all who are justifiably offended with my use of that racially charged term.”
After all of that, Chima still can’t forget Russell’s crazy behavior, even though he claims it was all strategy. “I do not agree with his antagonistic rampages throughout the house. Russell constantly demoralized many of us on a consistent basis and his conduct was alarming, daunting, and terrifying.”
On her letter to the Examiner, she assures the public that she wasn’t really expelled from the house. It was her choice through and through. “I didn’t sign up for what I was exposed to & I left gladly,” Chima explained. “It was the principle of the matter, the $500,000 prize be damned.”

After 73 days shield from the outside world, Jordan Lloyd came out of the “Big Brother” house $500,000 richer. The 22-year-old waitress from Matthews, N.C. beat 24-year-old student Natalie Martinez on the season finale airing Tuesday, September 15.

Jordan first beat Kevin Campbell during the tiebreaker and evicted him. Kevin and the last six evictees on the show except for Chima Simone then became the members of Jury who will determine who should be crowned the winner. The panel interrogated Jordan and Natalie separately regarding their games before casting in their votes.
Jordan won by five votes with Russell Kairouz and Kevin favoring Natalie. Making use of the prize, Jordan said she would put a down payment on a house for her mother and brother, give money to her cousins for college and buy herself a new car.
31-year-old salesman Jeff Schroeder meanwhile, won the America’s Favorite player title and went home with $25,000 in cash. “It wasn’t even close,” host Julie Chen said about the votes from audience.

This season of Big Brother
is over, but we still don’t have closure regarding one thing: whether or not Jeff will take Jordan on his Hawaii trip. Who cares about Natalie getting married when this unparalleled question floats about in our heads tonight? Honestly, will any of you be able to sleep knowing Jordan’s still waiting for a yes on that island paradise? Okay, maybe I can.
If you saw Jordan’s jaw drop when Jeff told the audience she’s only “short-listed” for Hawaii, then you’ll know just how appalled she is at the guy. They’ve been through a whole summer together so much that it looks so unusual to see them apart. He just has to take her – with or without the promise of “booger.”
Unfortunately, Jeff hasn’t reached his decision yet. Until then though, we’ve thought of a few reasons why she should spend his vacation with his very own hula girl Jordan. There could be a million other reasons why not, but I’ll leave those up to you.
3. She’s a genuinely nice person and could use the break.
Throughout the season, Jordan’s proven how likeable she really is. Practically everyone fell for her girl-next-door persona and she never fails to make us laugh with her goofball words. She may not be the brightest bulb in the tool shed (that’s possibly an understatement), but she’s sincerely nice, loyal and generally funny. Kinda like those tiny puppies socialites carry around in handbags. So Gucci.
2. They’re BFFs.
Jordan and Jeff were inseparable in the Big Brother house, and they seemed like the only HGs who didn’t fight throughout the summer. Sure, the Wizard got annoyed at his lady at times, but that was only because he wanted her to get better at the game. Mostly they got along exponentially well, so Jeff taking her to Hawaii would only be a fitting end to the season. Being there with her would be like an extension of the game, a life-changing experience, only they won’t have to worry about being evicted or backstabbed. Besides, friends are usually the best choice if you want a great time on vacation. There’s got to be some statistics to support that.
1. She just won Big Brother 11 and is thousands of dollars richer than before.
While Jeff can be as gentlemanly as he wants, there’s no denying that the extra cash she won would come in handy. Add that to his own winnings and they’re really in for one luxurious Hawaii trip. It might have been luck that got her that far in the game, but if she gets Jeff to take her then this girl’s a four-leaf clover. Probably has the brains of one too, but easier to find.
Jeff could have a lot of people to choose from, but out of this season’s HGs, who else would he want to be with? Maybe he should just leave it up to us, imitate Big Brother and ask America about it.

It’s finale night tomorrow and there are three HGs fighting for that grand prize. Why wouldn’t they, since it’s money you can fill a pool with? That is if you have no idea what to do with it. Anyway, we’ve got three contenders left – Natalie, Kevin and Jordan. While we can’t decide who takes home the cash, we can still try seeing who really deserves it.
Let’s play jurors. It’s tough to say right out which of the final three should win Big Brother. There’s plenty to consider – from how they behaved in the house to how they played, and even their actual need of the money. These three categories are actually just too appropriate for the remaining HGs, but even these won’t make them win the game.
If we consider the first one – behavior in the house – we’ve got ourselves an issue with Natalie. Even though she tried her best to not make enemies with the others, the lie about her age will seriously cost her the win. Those at the Jury already know of her deception, so it’s one strike against her.
There’s also been a lot of hatred towards Natalie as a human being, simply because of how she’s acting in the house. She’s obnoxious, no doubt about it, and there’s that fact about her not taking enough baths. It’s not exactly a basis for winning the game, but who’d root for you if you have hygiene problems? It’s just that attitude of hers that make us wonder why she’s engaged to some guy. She’s basically one of the main enemy of BB fans right now.
Still, she claims to be the proponent of Operation Bosley, the move that led to Jeff’s downfall. It might be her only saving grace in this game, and she had to share that with Kevin.
As for Jordan, we know how much she needs the money. Really needs it. Jeff has been trying to point out that she’s simply got to win BB since she has to buy a house for her mom. Or something like that. Bottom line is, she could be playing the sympathy card and it’s probably why she still has supporters.
Her game wasn’t that terrible either. She may have hidden behind Jeff for most of the season, but she redeemed herself on the second part of the final HoH competition. It’s definitely something she’ll be remembered for, ditching that dumb blonde act and stepping up.
But maybe all we have to look at is who the best at competitions was. Among the three, that is. Kevin has pulled his weight when he had no one else to hide behind, winning PoVs and HoHs here and there. Also, despite his hesitation earlier in the game, he’s made rather bold decisions in the house – which is more than what we can say for Natalie and Jordan. He may even have the Jury rallying behind him.

For this season of Big Brother, it looks like the floaters got their game on. Obviously the Final Three are composed of players who hardly did anything but let other HGs carry them forward. Since that seems to have worked, could it be considered good game play?
Now I haven’t really watched the previous seasons of Big Brother
to know if this strategy is worthy of praise. But seeing how far it’s gotten Kevin, Jordan and Natalie now, the plan of going under the radar and letting others do your dirty work for you somehow makes sense.
Before any of you start attacking me for actually commending these three, let me just say I have very little respect for them as people. I’ve berated Natalie in the past and even questioned what was housed in Jordan’s skull. As players in the game, however, I think I can see where they’re going. Even I can appreciate good treachery, no matter how bad that sounds.
Anyway, they’ve conned and lied their way to the top, and have become even worse villains than Ronnie could ever be. This Machiavellian ploy was probably what the Rat was hoping for, only he didn’t succeed at it since he tried it too early.
This might not exactly apply to Jordan, unless you really think she’s only putting on the dumb blonde act. It’s possible she’s just hiding her brains somewhere, since she was suddenly on fire during the second part of the final HoH competition. Other than that, her plan was to stay behind Jeff all the way. She was using others for her own benefit, and typical gentleman Jeff was happy to oblige. See where that got him.
As for Natalie and Kevin, they’ve simply waited for the right time to unveil their evil plots. When their alliance with Jessie ended and they had no other choice, they started their own game. Striking at the right moment, they blatantly lied to Jeff, who believed them, which eventually led to his downfall. Even the all-star Big Brother HGs acknowledged how impressive the move was.
We can’t really deny that this season’s Final Three are pretty weak players, being floaters and all. But maybe making oneself appear weak is a strong strategy. They stayed in the sidelines and kept their hands free of blood, letting the others duke it out and target one another. Look where they are now.
I can’t exactly say I’m rooting for any of these guys, but what else can we do? We’ve got Kevin, Jordan and Natalie left. Maybe it isn’t so bad to ride another person’s coattails, just as long as it gets you closer to the prize.
